I'm not sure how this much writing to the registry and constant program or PID watching this would suck on the CPU. When that program (example: Tweetdeck) is no longer the active or focused program, switch back to the real default (example: IE). When one of the exceptions (example: Tweetdeck) becomes active, write to the registry to change the Windows Default Browser (example: to Chrome). Constantly detect what application is active.
